Do you have the gift of the gab? Have you got the charm of George Clooney? How about the wit of Eric Morecambe? And fingers crossed you’ll have the rugby nous of Bill McLaren? Well if you can answer yes to these four questions then you could be the person that we are looking for.
 
After many years of fantastic service, Sam Roberts has reluctantly given up the Goldington Road microphone to take up the fantastic role of commentating on Premiership Rugby matches (another Blue pinched by the Prem!). While everyone at the club is delighted for Sam, it does mean that boots need to be filled.
 
We are looking for someone who is available throughout the season to build up the Goldington Road atmosphere and provide fantastic announcements over the PA system before, during and after the referees whistle.
 
The chosen person would also need to have a fantastic taste in music and the ability to control the Goldington Road 'Wheels of Steel'.
 
If you think that you have what it takes then send us an audio file of you in action. The clip needs to be no more than 30 seconds long and should include you displaying your fine vocal talents as well as an introduction about yourself.
