THE SDC SUITE
- Bespoke catering package of your choice from four course meal to premium buffet. Sit down dining for up to 12 people or buffet for 20-25.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MATCH DAY HOSPITALITY
All the above charges are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate of 20%
Bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days.
Written confirmation via email must be received within this time to avoid the facility being re-let.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled the following rates apply:
- Cancellation within 8 Weeks of match day - 50% of total charges.
- Cancellation within 3 Weeks of match day - 100% of total charges.
Payment Terms
A deposit is to be paid, accounts must then be settled two weeks prior to the event.
