CLUB NIGHT REVAMP WITH £3 BEERS

Bedford Blues are pleased to announce changes to their weekly Club Night event in attempt to improve attendance. The revamped evenings will now be held on Friday nights at 19:00 in the Eagle Bar to incorporate BT Sport’s live coverage of Aviva Premiership matches with all draught beers available at Happy Hour prices.

Following review of many areas, the Club has changed the Club Night experience to further improve their offering for supporters and in answer to recent feedback and in consideration with regular attendees the Blues hope Friday evenings will prove a great success watching first class rugby with cheaper beer prices.

This change will be effective immediately with the new Club Night starting this Friday 3rd October, prior to Bedford Blues v Jersey on the Saturday (kick off 3pm) and we encourage all visiting fans to join the gang this Friday at Goldington Road, whilst viewing Bath v Saracens on the screen.

The Eagle Bar doors will be open from 19:00 allowing plenty of time to take full advantage of the heavily reduced drinks prices, with all pumps priced at just £3.00, before settling in for live Premiership rugby at 19:45 kick off.  On top of the already generous new offering there will be a guest speaker each fortnight ranging from injured players, Club staff, former player or selected persons of interest to help provide an insight to the Club or match.

However if the team is playing a home or away match on the Friday, Club Night will revert back to a Thursday where the Blues match from the previous weekend will be shown, along with the remaining Happy Hour prices to give loyal fans an extra incentive.

Friday nights are open for all to enjoy, including away team supporters visiting for the weekend, join our loyal fans for a pint and get to grips with the ground before match day. With live rugby on the TV and discounted beer prices, the revamped Club Night is the perfect way to start your weekend whether you’re a season ticket holder, part-time rugby supporter or Goldington Road local.

To help improve Club Night attendance and to make this change a success we need your support, so please help spread the word and organise meetings, social gatherings and other supporters to pop down every Friday and enjoy a reduced priced beer at the end of a long week. Please note Happy Hour offer does not include Estrella or Guest Ale, but refers to all other draught beers.
