FOLLOWERS SUMMER WORKS START THIS SATURDAY

The Followers Summer Works programme starts tomorrow, Saturday 30th June, at Goldington Road and we need you! The preparation for the new season starts now with lots of ground tasks to support the club.

Works will include weeding, clearing vegetation, pruning, sweeping, cleaning, painting, spreading shingle and much more. Just come along on any Saturday morning between 8am and 1pm and if you can spare any small tools, gloves, garden equipment or paintbrushes please bring them along and help out.

This year the Followers programme will be led by Baz Townsend with a few hands making lighter work as we tidy up Goldington Road and improve the ground in the lead up to another exciting Championship season.

The Club are investing significant sums on a facilities project at the home of Bedford Blues in the off season with more details to be announced next week.

We need the followers to complement the work with an array of smaller jobs, just bring some sun block if the weather is as glorious as it has recently been.
