The Blues arrive back at Goldington Road this Friday night for the opening home match of the season against European and English Champions Saracens as rugby returns to Bedford with a bang (Kick Off 19:45).

Fresh from a very successful pre-season training camp in Cardiff with a healthy 66-14 victory against Pontypridd, Mike Rayer’s men will be targeting another good performance versus the sizeable task Mark McCall’s troops will deliver.

Tests don’t come any bigger than Europe’s best side, but a superb night is in store with both the European Champions’ Cup and Aviva Premiership trophies being paraded at half-time around the hallowed Goldington Road turf by a host of Saracens’ stars.

Pick up a shortened match programme on arrival as gates open from 17:00 and head to one of the bars to soak up the pre-match atmosphere.
