LAUNCH OF NEW GUEST ALE SERIES

Bedford Blues will be launching a Guest Ale this Saturday against Rotherham Titans in the Eagle Bar and every month thereafter in partnership with local brewers Charles Wells.
Goldington Road will be introducing a brand new guest ale series, which kicks off this weekend with Wells Waggle Dance, available only in the former Members’ Bar and while stocks last.
The Club hopes supporters will enjoy the additional choice and quality of another Bedford brewed beer which if successful will become a lasting feature on the Blues pumps throughout the season.
The unusually named ‘Waggle Dance’ is made from a combination of the existing pale ale with crystal malts, British fuggle, golding hops and Fair Trade South African honey, blended perfectly together to create a beer suitable for all palates. The name having originated from the movement a bee makes when alerting the hive to nectar reflects the sweet nature of this honey based ale.
Amber in colour, this 4% beer provides a delicious mix of flavours with the bitterness from the hops complimenting the sweetness of the honey to form this aromatic and delectably tasting ale.
Fear not, Bedford’s famous Eagle IPA will still be at the bar and with brand new limited edition pump clips as the Blues offer both sets of supporters a great choice in beers throughout the upcoming season.
The monthly Guest Ale selection is only available whilst stocks last, so make sure you don’t miss out in the Eagle Bar this Saturday.
